Tina Lastrina Pierdinock earned a B.S. from Rutgers University in Environmental Planning and Landscape Architecture. She has two decades of experience as a gardener, landscape architect, assistant municipal planner and planning board member.

She is an Accredited Organic Land Care Professional (AOLCP) with the Northeast Organic Farming Association (NOFA) and member of the Association of Professional Landscape Designers (APLD) and Mass Horticultural Society.
